I came to this field from a long journey of life experiences called “school of hard nock”; needless to say I have several “bruises” to prove it. It is these experiences that have molded me into the individual I am today. It all started with an audio tape from my first mentor about 13 years ago, who cracked my door open and has caused me to slowly started seeing life from a different perspective. From that point on I never looked back. I have propelled to different heights through reading several great books about the mind, human development and psychology. I’ve also expose myself to different modalities as in the Sedona Method, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Meditation to name a few. In the process, I learned from several great Mentors and Coaches who held my hands to fully grasp the psychology of human behavior and understand the reasons behind people actions or non-actions. I’m currently completing the program of Solution Focused Brief Coaching program at the Faculty of Social work with the University of Toronto.

I also held several corporate positions which have helped me realized my potential by reinforcing my journey of self-discovery, in what we as people can truly achieve with our lives. My interest and passion for helping people overcome their challenges and expand their experiences has also led me to volunteer for numerous centres.
